Hypoxia / Physoxia Workstations

Oxygen levels  throughout the human body, range between 2 – 14% . In vivo cell interactions do not naturally occur at the atmospheric oxygen levels (20.9%) used for traditional cell culture. The Baker Ruskinn workstations allow cells to be grown and maintained under physiologically relevant oxygen levels which reduces hyperoxic stress. This therefore gives a greater insight into cell interaction and more accurate modelling of potential drug candidates. InvivO2 and SCITIVE provide researchers with user friendly design features, comprehensive standard feature sets and the ability to configure to meet your needs

Ultimate Control

Culture as nature intended
The InvivO2 and SCITIVE hypoxia workstations allow you to maintain, manipulate and monitor cells under physiologically relevant conditions. The larger SCITIVE accommodates larger analytical instrumentation allowing you to carry out a broader range of assays under these conditions.

Precsion Control

Adjustable temperature and humidity provides a precisely controlled anaerobic environment that is optimal for cell growth with no dry spots. Microaerophilic versions include a gas mixer for accurate regulation of oxygen levels to best suit your culture.

Convenient Operation

User friendly designs, allowing quick and easy direct access without compromising the chamber environment.

Economical

Low gas consumption and running costs. Minimal maintenance and downtime. Lower cost per plate than traditional anaerobic jars.

Flexible

Comprehensive standard features, with the ability to configure the anaerobic workstation to meet your exact requirements.

Physiological Relevance

InvivO2 - Compact and Powerful

The InvivO2 range provide accurate control of the environment for physiologically relevant cell culutre and monitoring

SCI-tive - Flexible and Reliable

Higher capacity hypoxia workstations provide a greater working area and more space for instrumentation
