IntelliGene® TestARRAY Ver.4.0 is a DNA microarray for beginner users of DNA microarray to practice the whole relevant procedures. This product can be also utilized for the check of labeling probes before using each product of Takara's DNA microarrays. This product is arrayed and immobilized with the DNA fragments derived from Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, Rattus norvegicus, Arabidopsis thaliana, E.coli and Synechocystis sp. on a slide glass as shown in the following list. These DNA fragments are arrayed at the colored A and B areas on the slide glass figure, respectively. Each spot of DNA derived from E.coli and Synechocystis sp. can be used as negative controls for probes prepared from eukaryote RNA, and each spot of eukaryote cDNA can be used as negative controls for prokaryote probes.
