These special cover glasses are designed to hybridize effectively on a DNA microarray slide.
Since each cover glass has the printed protuberances of 20 µm thick at the four corners, a space for hybridization is made between the microarray slide glass and the cover glass. It makes probe solution spread smoothly onto the DNA microarray without any bubbles.
