TX803 λ Control Template & Primer Set-A 1 set  

This set includes template and primers for amplification of lambda DNA fragment (Iambda DNA-A ; approx. 1,000 bp) by PCR. It is used with Taq DNA polymerase such as TaKaRa Ex Taq™ (Cat.# RR001). Prepared DNA fragment has complementary sequence with λpolyA+ RNA-A (Cat.# TX802). It is recommended to spot DNA fragment prepared by this product to custom made DNA microarray for internal control.
