The Little Dipper Microarray Processor
is a programmable, robotic instrument that automates
the various post-hybridization processing steps used
with microarrays. Equipped, programmed and tested
for arrays provided by the major commercial
microarray providers, Little Dipper Processors
improve microarray data quality by eliminating
handling of samples and controlling wash buffer and
reagent temperatures and times, agitation rates and
centrifuge/drying conditions.
Four Little Dipper Processor configurations are
available to meet your specific microarray platform
requirements. Choose systems for Illumina BeadChips,
Agilent, NimbleGen or self-spotted arrays. Each
system arrives with hardware configured for your
array types with processing protocols as recommended
by the manufacturer pre-loaded on the system.
Upgrade kits are available to configure each system
for additional platforms.
