ViseoTesT-FISH
Fish Analysis - Windows 9x / NT compatible software

VideoTesT-FISH software is designed to acquire the fluorescence images, visually analyze the gene/DNA location, perform measurements and store information in the image database. The images are acquired with a CCD system of high resolution and sensitivity installed on the fluorescent microscope.

VideoTesT-FISH main functions :

Acquisition of sequence of fluorescent images with a CCD system
Open b/w images from file (.tif, .gif, .pcx, .bmp, .jpg)
False coloring of the loaded images
Ability to merge the acquired false colored images and receive a resulting color image
Ability to threshold the image areas by brightness, false color them and overlay on the first image in a series

Image enhancement with filters (brightness/ contrast & gamma correction, smoothing, sharpening and negative, background correction)
Image annotation
Manual measurement
Automatic measurements of the threshold areas
Measure data export to MS Excel for further treatment
Save the image series to a file (special file format .fish)
Save resulting images to file
Send the resulting or/and source images to VideoTesT-Album Image Database
