SYBR® Premix Ex Taq™ (Perfect Real
Time)
SYBR®Premix Ex Taq™ (Perfect Real Time) is a 2 ×
concentration of premix reagent including TaKaRa Ex
Taq™ HS and SYBR® Green I*1, specially designed for
real-time PCR with intercalator method. This product
combines the high performance of TaKaRa Ex Taq™ HS,
which is an enzyme for hot start PCR utilizing Taq
antibody, with a newly developed buffer which
provides superior specificity, increased
amplification efficiency and high aptitude for
high-speed real time PCR. Accordingly, a successful
real time PCR is promised with high sensitivity,
wide dynamic range and accurate quantification. This
is supplied with ROX™*2 Reference Dye to nomalize
the fluorescent signal between reactions, for
instruments that are equipped with this option.

Premix Ex Taq™ (Perfect Real Time)
One Step PrimeScript™ RT-PCR Kit (Perfect Real Time)
is designed for real time one-step RT-PCR using
TaqMan® probe*1,*2 for
detection. In this kit, RT-PCR can be performed all
in a single tube subsequently, therefore the
operation is simple, and it minimizes the risk of
contamination. Also, amplified products are
monitored in real time, so there is no need to
verify them through electrophoresis after PCR. This
kit is suitable for detection of tiny amount of RNA
like RNA virus.
This kit uses PrimeScript™ RTase, which has
excellent extendibility and can efficiently
synthesize cDNA in short time period, and TaKaRa
Ex Taq™ HS, high efficiency hot start PCR
enzyme, and they are optimized for one step RT-PCR.

EASY Dilution (for Real Time PCR)
This product is used to dilute template DNA or RNA
when preparing the serial dilution of standard for
establishing the standard curve in real time PCR.
When template DNA and RNA are diluted with
sterilized water or TE buffer, they can stick to the
inside tube which may prevent correct dilution. This
product helps to avoid occurring this absorption and
the correct dilution at lower concentrations is
possible. In addition, as this product does not
include nucleic acid like tRNA or rRNA, non-specific
amplification derived from those RNA will not
happen.
