the SCORE program, your typing is always
up-to-date with the most current allele database
because the analysis is based on the reactions
with the target sequence motifs of the primers.
The
Allele and Kit Databases in the GenoVision
HELMBERG-SCORETM software are updated
frequently. On the basis of the updated
Databases the program generates the reaction
patterns that newly recognized alleles would
have given with earlier lots of Olerup
SSPTM kits, even if they are no
longer in use, as well as with existing lots of
the Olerup SSPTM kits. Hence
when re-analysing the typing of a sample the
most recent Allele and Kit Databases are always
used, i.e. as soon as newly recognized alleles
are included in the database they will also
always be considered in the analysis.
