Our Thermal Cycler validation services utilise sophisticated test equipment called TAS. It has rapid response precision temperature sensors calibrated using temperature standards traceable to NIST and ITS90.

These concurrently interrogate any combination of thermal cycler wells (0.5ml or 0.2ml) and record temperatures which can be verified with set temperatures. Further one can decide Cycler requires calibration or not based on the standard criteria.

The result is that laboratories are no longer dependent on thermal cycler manufacturers for these procedures. Built in intelligence ensures that TAS always operates to meet, or exceed, the regulated standards for the most stringent thermal cycler validation
requirements.
